Welcome to Key Biscayne

An island town, barrier island, or piece of paradise as locals call it, Key Biscayne is only 15 minutes away from Downtown Miami. Yet once inside, you feel like you’re on vacation even if you live and work there. The island offers great outdoor experiences such as bike trails into the forest, golf, tennis, and of course, its amazing beaches and aquatic activities. It’s a city surrounded by national parks and reservoirs, making this island a true gem on its own.

On one side is Crandon Park with its long public beaches and on the other Bill Baggs Cape Florida with the Lighthouse, great history and public beach and barbecue spaces. For the snorkeling fans, it’s home to the only underwater archaeological trail in the US. There are several school options such as a K-8 Public School, the magnet high school Mast Academy on Virginia Key, along with other private options. On one side of Crandon Boulevard are several condo options with waterfront views and proximity to the beach. On the other side, there are various house options, some with waterfront views, others with canals, and most with the pleasant tranquility that only Key Biscayne offers its residents.
